Information is based on bonuses pre-included:
When enchanted with Aura Of Faith, for 72 seconds, target ally gains 50% more health when healed.
While you maintain Vital Blessing, target ally has +200 maximum health.
While you maintain Divine Boon, whenever you cast a Monk spell on an ally, that ally is healed for 118-177 points, and you lose 2 Energy.
When you cast Blessed Signet, for each "Enchantment" you are maintaining, you gain 3 Energy, maximum 24.
After casting Mantra Of Inscriptions, for 54 seconds, your Signet rings recharge 35% faster.
Build Tips:
Use vital blessing on as many as you can comfortably handle right away. That brings your health to 580.
Use Mantra Of Inscriptions and Blessed Signet for energy renewal
Use Aura Of Faith to increase healing from both Divine Favor (innate) and Divine Boon (enchantment)
Use draw conditions on allies to pull all the conditions off them, hint: if you already have the condition and you pull the same condition onto you, the first one cancels out so you are left with just that one remaining condition. Also the fast recharge lets you draw all sorts of stuff off of allies while healing them.
Use Reversal Of Fortune and Guardian to spam the buffed up Divine healing you get when casting on an ally.

Also the Aura Of Faith with Divine Boon itslef is a great combo that I discovered.

It takes Blessed Signet 6.5 seconds to recharge with mantra of inscriptions. If you have vital on 4 people plus your own boon your getting 15 energy each cast.

Ok, part of my problem was that I thought Aura of Faithe was a maintained enchantment.
Anyway
Out of curiousity, How many Vital Blessings are you normally maintaining? Also often do you have Boon on you?

Assuming you're holding vital on 4 people (which really does nothing for them in the long run) and boon, you're losing 1/3 energy per second. If you cast blessed signet every time it's available, you get ~1.76 energy per second, minus the 1/3 from degen, you end up with ~1.43 energy per second regen. At 6 inspiration, Mantra of Inscriptions lasts 54 seconds, at 10 energy. If mantra is to be maintained, that's ~.185 energy per second (assuming 10 energy per 54 seconds.) Doing all this gives you a net energy regeneration of 1.245, which is less than the original 4 pips you start out with (which would be 1.33 energy per second.)
Now that got a bit complex, so lets review what you've accomplished so far. You've doomed yourself to cast a 2 second signet every 8.5 seconds, you've given 4 of your allies a +200hp maximum, and you've equipped yourself with divine boon. You're now down to 4 skills, 3 of which are fairly spammable, and the other simply increases the efficiency of the other 3. Assuming no one does any damage to you, and you don't get pressured in any way, you seem to be in good shape. The moment your team tries to move though, and you have to stop for 2 seconds every 8 to cast, you become burdened. You also have to time your heals in between blessed signet recharges, and maintain a high enough energy pool to be able to recast mantra and aura of faith as needed.
This is a lot of work, for almost no gain at all. Adding to maximum health doesn't really help anything long-term, and you're not even doing it to your whole team. Your time, effort, and skill slots could be far better used doing something else. If you want to run passive prot, by all means do so, but don't expect to be a healing machine at the same time... Passive prot is great when used well, but this simply isn't it.
Edit: I forgot to add, the fact that you have boon makes the spammable skills you have all cost 7 energy, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but is much more than 5 in practice. It only fuels the energy problems you'll have if you try to use this build to heal.

You have no Power Attack. Power attack on a Monk primary is "1337", and would make this build so much better!

Trust me, you get total credit for this build.
VB -- worse maintained encahnt imaginable IMO. Q. What happens when that enchant gets stripped? A. -200 hp.
Next problem, your enchants will get stripped. And the enchants are the cornerstone of your build. Therefore your build has become basically Boon Prot Monk that can only cast Gaurdian and RoF.
Which leads to e-management issues. even if your bonds didn't get stripped you would run dry on energy quick with a negative e regen, and -2 per cast with boon and only blessed signet to maintain energy. It would predictably come down to, cast 2 spells (14 energy) then cast blessed signet. Good luck keeping anyone alive at that pace.
Which leads to the last problem, once VB is stripped from yourself. Let's see you have literally no armor. Your health is 380, wow. You should be dead in 2-3 hits. And trust me, you will be targeted first by the AI.
This build might work in presearing....might...

This build will work much better in RA/Alliance Battles if you switch VB with Life Bond and mantra of inscriptions with Balthazar's Spirit (and perhaps draw C with mend C) split the pts you have in inspiriation magic between divine favor and protection prayers. Life bond 2 soft partymembers (or 3 if you're comfortable with -1 nrg) cast balthazar's spirit on yourself then divine boon. Use aura primarily for yourself as you dont have a life bond. use blessed sig when needed.
Also, dont use 2 superior attribute runes. use a sup/major divine favor and minor protection rune
